Bed & Breakfast Guest Conditions
The hour of guest arrival and departure will be organized in advance and respected.
A member of the Formica family will greet the guests at their arrival.
Guest will have access to informational brochures and holiday publications provided by the Tourism Office of Milazzo.
The restrooms, either private or shared, will be impeccably clean and disinfected. Guests will find clean towels in the bedroom or the bathroom. The towel kit for each guest will be composed of 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel, and 1 shower towel. The towels will be changed daily and the sheets will be changed twice a week or whenever it is needed and requested by the guest.
The staff will do everything possible to meet the needs of the guests. Utmost attention and care will be used in the preparation of breakfast.
Upon specific guest requisition, the Staff can arrange either wake-up call service or breakfast outside the normal hours.
The morning breakfast will be a moment to convene, where the staff will be present, friendly, and available even for simply the company of conversation.
The B&B Staff will always be available for assistance or advice for any guest request. The staff will assist guest in finding private transportation (taxi or rental car), will provide the time schedule of the public transportation and will be available to help guests organize excursions to the fantastic Aeolian Islands
Guests will be informed of the various events occurring in and around Milazzo (fairs, festivals, spectacles) as well as temporary inconveniences or hazards (road work, natural disasters, manifestations, strikes).
The B&B Staff will be available for assistance and advice from the moment of arrival, to the farewell of departure.
